Fun football weekend in Tallahassee

What a great football weekend in Tallahasee!  We had fun hosting Frank's niece, Stephanie (FSU '99) and her fiance, Jermaine, for the FSU-NCState game.

Friday evening, we went to Downtown GetDown and then dinner.  It was a real treat to see so many familiar faces, many of whom we haven't seen much, if at all, this season.

Megan (with Baby Nolen inside), Tim, Stephanie, Jermaine

Chris, Frank, Lori and Christopher

Manny with the ULTIMATE cigar case!

Frank, Jon, Donna, Leann, Stephanie and Jermaine

We had a noon game, which meant breakfast tailgate with a Halloween theme:
*Cauldron Concoctions (Boo-linies, Bloody Mary's, Witches Brew)
*Tombstones and Goblin Gravy
*Dungeon Donuts
*Eeky Eggs
*Creepy Chips and Slimy Salsa
*Crypt Keeper Cookies

Tailgating was a lot of fun and again, we saw many people we hadn't seen in quite a while!  But we do miss our tailgate partners, Rick & Joanne.

So many people stopped by throughout the tailgate that I didn't have a chance to take everyone's pictures!
It was great to see Bonnie, the Scherff's, Chris, and the Goodin family.  The Villellas were there and brought friends from NC (but who were FSU fans).  Tim and Megan (including baby Nolen) represented the Astors.  It was a great tailgate!

Who said Michael Jackson was dead?
(We saw some great costumes during tailgating and the game!)

And wouldn't you know, it was scorching hot during the tailgate, rainy and steamy during the game but nice and cool the morning we were leaving town.  But, if it means a win for the Seminoles, we'll tolerate the weather!
