Not only did we not have to do any setup/cleanup/cooking for a tailgate, we got to 'dress up'! (Usually we're wearing shorts/polo shirts.) Our friends, Flash and Bette extended a very generous invitation to be their guests in the skybox they share with Tom & Ginny Futch. Kickoff was set for 8:00pm and it had been threatening rain the whole day. (Needless to say, given the rains and heat during the last game, we were very thankful we'd be under cover.)

(This was the 'early' group. Throughout the game, many more people visited.)
It was so nice to spend time with Flash and Bette and to meet more of their friends. Quite the spread of tasty food and cold beverages! Great tunes and several TVs to keep up with other games around the nation.

"Umph"! Chief Osceola and Renegade flawlessly execute the pre-game tradition.
Pretty cool flyover by 2 helicopters. Watch the guys in the first helicopter.
Kickoff was 8:00pm. Ten minutes into the game, it was called for lightening. Nearly 2 hours later, the game resumed. Thankfully we were inside with plenty of provisions and TVs.
The Marching Chiefs put on a pretty spectacular half-time show with the finale being a tribute to Michael Jackson and their performance of "Thriller".
Unfortunately the Seminoles did not win the game. But we had a good time with good friends!
