Tallahassee Townhouse For Sale

Several years ago, Frank bought a townhouse in Tallahassee where Allison lived for a few years while she was in school and then Andrea lived there for a few years after that.

Now that both have graduated and moved, Frank's put it on the market. No action on it before football season started. So after having new carpet, paint in most rooms and a thorough cleaning, we've decided to use it as the 'Football Crash Pad'.

We've spent the past 2 weeks getting things the way we want them, including furniture moved from storage, pictures hung, gardening, fixtures (lights and faucets) replaced, etc. It's been a lot of hard work, but now we'll be able to enjoy the various activities in Tallahassee during football season. Perhaps even a round of golf or two.
