Last September, the house in NC sold, after being on the market for nearly two years. And yesterday, the closing on the townhouse in Tallahassee (which had been on the market just as long), finally happened!
We are two for two - selling property without ever meeting the buyers! It took time, patience and some effort on our end, but it paid off and the right buyers came along!
