Time in Lake George (part 1 of 3)

As mentioned in a previous post, back in January during a trip to Naples, an idea was discussed to get together during the summer outside of Florida.  A date was selected and travel plans were coordinated.

We made our trek from Ogunquit, Maine to Ticonderoga in the zippy red Caddy with some beautiful scenery along the way.

Roger and Melissa invited the group to stay at their cabin on Lake George in the Adirondack mountains of New York.  We all descended upon them mid-day Friday.  What a beautiful spot!

We enjoyed a bit of relaxing time on their deck.

Part of the group wanted to take a little walk with our destination being the 'haunted house'.

Upon returning and after a little more relaxing, we enjoyed Roger's scrumptious home cooked meal of Transylvanian Goulash!  (It was amazing and will probably be added to the Hungarian/Slavic night menu.)

After dinner, we introduce "Left-Right-Center" to the group.  There were a few practice rounds and a 'real' round, for money with Connie ending up with the pot.  Lots of laughs and fun!

Great fun catching up with everyone!
